Philip’s impressive portfolio includes collaborations with various organizations, where he has served in key roles such as Privacy Program Architect, Lead Trainer, Interim Data Protection Officer, and External Data Protection Officer. His notable engagements span across a range of industries and jurisdictions, including research agencies, financial institutions, healthcare providers, educational institutions, and technology companies.

Philip’s extensive experience and proven track record exemplify his capacity to provide impactful solutions and propel organizational success in the constantly evolving realm of data privacy compliance. He holds a law degree from the University of Nairobi and a Master’s Degree in Information Technology Law from the University of East Anglia. Additionally, he is recognized as a Certified Privacy Professional in Europe by the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
Philip’s commitment to advancing data privacy extends beyond his professional endeavors. He is a founding member of the Data Privacy & Governance Society of Kenya, where he chaired the committee responsible for drafting the society’s constitution. Currently, he serves as the Assistant Secretary in the society’s Executive Committee.
